All payments are due at the time of service. To receive package pricing, payment must be made for the entire package prior to service. Money for prepaid packages, services or products are non-refundable, however, credit for services yet to render may be applied to receiving any other services offered by “The Silhouette House, LLC” within 1 year. After 1-year credits will expire.

If you have a gift card, please call The Silhouette House to book your appointment. Appointments booked online require 50% deposit and will not be refunded. All Gift Cards expire within 1 year.

Cancellation of Appointments: without rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior the appointment to avoid treatment fee charges. Any cancellation within 12 to 24 hours of scheduled service will be charged 50% of the original service price.
